The DREAM Act
I have serious opinions about immigration in this country, even though most people don't always agree with me. I think that because these people have risked their lives and families to be here to have a better life, we should help them and accept them into our community. The DREAM act on the other hand, makes it extraordinarily difficult to become a citizen, and doesn't reserve any help for family members of the people involved in the program. Though it is a start in the right direction there are still lots of problems with the act, and I don't full support it.

Is Trump Really Qualified?
We all know that Trump is thinking into the idea of running for president. Some people believe that he is only doing it to get more ratings for is show, but my only question is, What will make him a good president? Are his ideas really what we want to run your country? So I looked at his opinions. Personally, most of his opinions make me sick to the stomach to think that someone believes in all these things. Here is the list.
- Has a Strong Opposition to Gay Marriage
“I’m against it,” Trump said. “I just don’t feel good about it — I don’t feel right about it . . .”
- He is Pro-Life
“As you know, I am pro-life,” Trump said. “I used to not be pro-life; I’ve become pro-life. I’m forming an opinion — I’m forming a really strong opinion, I’ll let you know in about three or four weeks.”
- Believes U.S. Boarders Should Be Militarized to deter illegal immigration
“Something has to be done,” he continued. “You put soldiers on that line,” adding there is no choice. “They’re coming over, and they’re climbing over a fence, and there’s nobody within 10 miles — and they’re selling drugs all over the place, they’re killing people all over the place — and we’re not doing anything about it.”
- Believes a Mosque shouldn't be aloud to be built near 9/11 sight
“The fact is, it was so insensitive when they announced the mosque in that location,” he said. “Don’t forget, that’s my territory — Manhattan. When they announced the mosque in that location, I couldn’t believe it.”
- Believes there is a "Muslim Problem" in the world
“And that’s the sad part about life, because you have fabulous Muslims — I know many Muslims, and they are fabulous people, they’re smart, they’re industrious,” he said. “Unfortunately, at this moment in time, there is a Muslim problem in the world.”

Honestly, I can't stand Trump and will be fleeing to Canada if he wins the 2012 election.

Frisco Crisco; My Dog's Road Trip
While typing this post I am in Park Hills, KY. A quaint town, smaller than Worthington. Next to me sits my lovely dog Frisco. Frisco usually lives in Columbus Ohio with me but this weekend he is joining me in a fun time in Park Hills. While he is down here he will come along for every trip to the store, every walk, every event. He will be spoiled, over fed, and given to many belly rubs than can be counted. Alas, it cannot last because tomorrow we will make the second two hour drive up to Columbus and back into our usual routine.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!
It's here. It's finally here. The new trailer for the second part of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Words cannot describe my excitement. Seriously, I was there, 12 am, when the first part came out. I only got three hours of sleep before going to school the next day. I have read the 7th book 9 times, and I will most likely read it twice more before the next movie comes out.... Am I a nerd? Yes. Is the trailer for the second part awesome. YES!!!!

Les choses que j'aime! (things I love)
Well, I wanted to have a really positive post because it has been a bit rainy for the past couple of days. I wanted to go over all the small things that make my day a little brighter.
1) Avocados: Creamy and yummy, I could eat these awesome fruits all day long. All I need is a spoon a a little salt to curve the the flavor a bit.
2) Hot Chocolate: I like coffee, I really do, but there is something that can't beat a mug of warm and foamy hot chocolate.
3) Swimming: Just think, in a few months you can go to your local pool and dive into a crisp, cool, body of water.
4) Finger Painting: Yah can't beat paintin' with your fingers.
5) Warm Rain: I hate it in the fall and early spring when it rains and it is really cold I hate it but in the summer and it's 70 degrees out and it's a downpour.
And that is my list... awesome right?

This Song is Stuck in my Head!
This is the peppiest, catchiest song I know.
I just decided that I should give it some tribute because it is such an awesome song!
P.S.
Dear Candace,
It is because of you that this song is in my head. This is also your tribute.
Sincerely,
Hailey

Evil Characters; The coolest people EVER!!!
I'm weird. I tend to hate the super hero and roll with the villain. Seriously, super villains are creative and have a good sense of humor. They are always the ones to come up with the plan that may or may not include a giant robot smashing the city to bits or robbing a bank with a huge drill? The only part I hate is when these people get caught by the good guys. Now, I don't want you to think that I am pure evil and relate with the villains of the world, I just appreciate their antics in literature and movies. I f put together in the right way the villain of any story can be complex, and all around cool. I just want to take a look at some of he well put together villains of literature and movies.
The Wicked Witch of the West-
If you just watch the movie Wizard of Oz you get a one sided view, evil and just wants a god damn pair of shoes! But if you read the book Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West you get a whole other side to this infamous witch. I won't spoil the whole book for you (I recommend you read it) but all I gotta say is she has some pretty good reasons to go bad.
Voldemort-
To be honest, I don't like Voldemort as much as some villains. He has so much depth in his story but at the end of the day he is just evil. I don't mean that I want him to show emotion, no, I just want him to have depth that I just don't get from his creepy face.
Last but not least...
Joker-
This f&*ker is crazy. Pure insanity. He doesn't care about the money or the success, he just likes to test the boundaries he can reach within humanities control level. He wants to prove that no matter how good a person is, they can be pushed to the same levels of evil he is at. He is my favorite villain and always will be. You just can't beat his tests on the human mind and what it means to be insane.
